Warm without being stifling, these can either be worn as shawls with graphic impact or wrapped several times over as a scarf. Eight designs are printed with traditional silk-screen methods onto a cashmere and silk blend, lightly tinted or used in a natural state to preserve the material’s eggshell tone. Two of the prints pay homage to Leonardo da Vinci’s anatomical and animal sketches, while nature inspired all other designs developed in-house. In keeping with Artemis Wragge’s sense of fun, a ‘secret’ is concealed in some of them…the courting seahorses in the coral, the ant crawling up the dandelion’s stem and the cricket in the bamboo.
